SMAX Management Pack is an Add-on for Microsoft System Center Service Manager providing the means to send Incident or Service request related meeting Invitations or requests directly from you SCSM Console.
This functionality allows you to make sure the field support engineers are up-to-date on tasks they should accomplish. The meeting invitation will automatically contain the incident or service request related data and will show in the assigned analyst calendar. SMAX allows you to add any custom information to meeting invitation.
To avoid double booking, SMAX will check the workload and Free/Busy schedule of your field support engineers in real time finding available time slots in recipients schedules.
SMAX is ideal for dispatching mobile staff that does not have constant access to their consoles.
